Amino Acid Analysis Question

[From: ] [author: ] [Date: 11-10-18] [Hit: ]
...but here there are five amino acids, and I thought that one of those peaks has to be either an NH4+, N or Q.......
It states that an oligopeptide has five distinct peaks, so shouldn't there be 4 amino acids + 1 that is either NH4+, N or Q?

The answer is HKRPW

afraid I can't help you. I dont know what you're referring to by 'elution profile'. there are a variety of elution type analyses that can be used with peptides. even if I knew which test you were talking about, I dont really understand the question. maybe you typed out the question exactly as written.

It would help if you told us what the "peaks" are from. H-NMR? C-NMR? IR? MS?
