This is no where near calculus II material. This is basic algebra you're stuck with.

Factor out the constants, is all you need to do.

Given:
2 ln x + 1/9 (8 ln x)

2lnx + 8/9lnx

Find the common denominator which is 9 and multiply:
18/9lnx + 8/9lnx

Factor out the lnx and you get:
lnx(26/9)

Final Answer:
(26/9)lnx
