Determine quotient for 5x³-6x²+64 divided by x+2

............
so i used synthetic division to get
5 -16 96
which would make 5x²-16x as my quotient with 96 as a remainder, but the answer shows
5x²-16x+32
Even if my 96 were to be part of the quotient I can't get a negative in the equation to get anything come to 32 from 64, only 94.?

So

-
5*x³ - 6*x² + 64 I x + 2
........................I------------
..........................5*x^2 - 16*x + 32
-5*x^3 - 10*x^2
-------------------
- 16*x^2 + 64
+16*x^2 + 32*x
----------------------
32*x + 64
-32*x - 64
-----------------
0

Answer = 5*x^2 - 16*x + 32

-
(5x^3-6 x^2+64)/(x+2)

gives

5x^2-16x+32
