Am i wrong with these

am im wrong with these?
solve for A: i keep getting -3
-6(3-3a)-8(6a+5)=32

solve for X: i keep getting 4.75
6x-2x+8=6+5

Solving for A:
-6 (3 - 3a) - 8(6a + 5) = 32
-18 + 18a - 48a - 40 = 32
-30a = 32 + 18 + 40
-30a = 90
a = -3


Solving for X:
6x - 2x + 8 = 6 + 5
4x = 11 - 8
4x = 3
x = 3/4 (aka 0.75)


Your answer for A is correct!!
But for X, i think the answer is 3/4. I'm pretty sure you already know how to solve these equations though because your answer for A is right..
