Some Help with Math, thank you!

2OVERx+4OVER3=-2OVER3.

LCD, is 3, so I get 2x+4=-2
Then I get 2X+4-4=-2-4.
Then I get 2X=-6
Then I divide 2X over 2=6OVER 2. I then get -3, did I do this right, or am I missing something?

6 + 4x = – 2x
– 6x = 6
x = – 1
