I'm struggling to make x the subject, if any could show me how in a few steps it would be much appreciated, thanks.

n = xR / (E - xr) ______________ multiply both sides with E - xr

n(E - xr) = xR ________________ distribute

nE - xr = xR _________________ add xr to both sides

nE = xR + xr _________________ put x in fron of ( ) as common factor

nE = x(R + r)_________________ divide both sides with R + r

nE / (R + r) = x or
x = nE / (R + r) <<<<< solution
