Rational expression, Algebra 2 help? Please

Heres the question:

(x^2 - y^2) 15x^2y^5
-------------- X -------------
5x^3y2 (4x + 4y)


I got this as an answer:

3y^4 (x - y)
---------------
4 (x + y)


But the book answer says:

3y^3(x -y)
-------------
4x

How do I get my answer to match the book answer????

(x^2 - y^2) * 15x^2y^5
------------- -------------
5x^3y2 (4x + 4y)

First factor the numerator and denominator:

(x+y)(x-y) * 15* x^2 * y^5
-----------------------------
4(x+y)* 5*x^3*y*2

Now cancel (x+y) , 5, x^2, and y^2

(x-y)(3)(y^3)
-------------
(4)(x)

= 3y^3(x-y)
--------------
4x
