How long has this been going on? If it's only been for a couple of days, and you were regular before this diarrhea started up, then you should return to normal in the next day or two. If it's been going on for a few weeks or more, then it's time to see a doctor to let him check you over. Be prepared to provide a stool sample, he's probably going to want to have the lab take a look to see if you might have any parasites. Meanwhile, you can minimize the diarrhea with something like Pepto-Bismol, or Lomotil, both available over the counter.
