I have a genetics question that i'm not sure about

[From: ] [author: ] [Date: 11-09-18] [Hit: ]
..I think a horse produced by cloning looks identical to the biological parent because its basically just a copy of the parents genes. And a horse produced by sexual reproduction looks different from the parents because its a combination of both the parents genes.......
This is a question and i really don't understand it, i'm hoping that you can help me. Here it is: Discuss why a horse produced by cloning grows to look identical to the biological parent, whereas a horse produced by sexual reproduction looks different from the parents. Please try and help me, thank you :).

A cloned animal has DNA from only one other animal - the animal it was cloned from. Therefore it looks identical to that animal. An animal produced sexually has DNA from two other animals, its father and its mother. Therefore its genetic traits will be determined by a mix of genes received from both parents.

I'm going to take a guess....I think a horse produced by cloning looks identical to the biological parent because it's basically just a copy of the parents genes. And a horse produced by sexual reproduction looks different from the parents because its a combination of both the parents genes.
