Are neutrinos dark matter

They certainly have a lot of the properties attributed to DM.

They are, for example, weakly interacting mass particles (WIMPs). They do penetrate just about anything to just about any depth. They do couple with the gravity force (a major reason for invoking dark matter).

So, like Bill, I wouldn't say they are dark matter, but they are certainly candidates for that nom de plume.
