Two questions. I think I know the answer but I am looking for opinions.
1. Which will provide a softer bed, a box-spring set containing springs with greater or lesser spring constants?
I believe it would be lesser sping constants because aren't they the measure of stiffness so greater would resemble a harder bed right?
2. A certain spring has a force constant equal to one-half the force constant of a second spring. Which spring requires the least fore to compress it? Which is stiffer?
I believe the spring equal to one-half the force of the second spirng would require the least force and the second spirng would be the stiffer one.
