You may wish to play with the significant figures but resistors are not highly accurate.-I THINK it shoul be 9.......
this seems like a fairly easy problem, but I seem to keep getting it wrong again and again

The resistors in parallel have a resistance of 1/ (1/11+1/6.5 + 1/3.5)
=1.9 ohms

Now add it to the series resistor to get 10.9 ohms
You may wish to play with the significant figures but resistors are not highly accurate.
