How do you make a rubber band car

I have to make a car for science class that is powered on only a rubber band and must travel a distance of at least 10 meters. The car must also carry 3 hollow eggs as its passengers. I looked at videos on youtube and stuff but they all didn't go the distance I need it to go. Can anybody help?
