The chicken came before the chicken egg, but the chicken is a result of evolution. The chicken came first and the chicken egg proceeded.

To address the second question. If we accept the big bang as starting with a super condensed singularity then yes, a "black hole" came first, but if there was a different cause of the big bang excluding a condensed singularity then we could say that black holes existed in **this** universe after the big bang.

The ancestors to chickens laid eggs long before any chickens existed

The universe existed prior to any supernovae remanants, including black holes. Unless you succumb to the concept that the observable universe is a black hole (use the estimated mass of the universe to calculate the Schwartzchild radius, and compare that to the radius of the observable universe), or that the singularity of the Big Bang was, semantically, a black hole, then you could argue otherwise.

Just because a black hole and the big bang was a singularity doesn't mean they are the same.

This is like saying a square is also a rectangle, while we know that a rectangle has opposite sides equal, also does a square so therefore a square is a rectangle, but a rectangle is not a square.

This is the same for the singularity, just because they are both singilarities, doesn't mean they are the same. So big bang is not a black hole just because it's a singularity.

That depends on what you mean by chicken, egg, black hole, and universe.

Evolution of species doesn't occur in big, discrete steps. It's mainly a combination of accumulating mutations and geological separation of populations. It takes a long time for a population of critters to evolve enough to be considered a separate species from another population. A much longer time than one generation of chicken to egg. If you can call an egg a chicken egg, then you'd have a very hard time arguing that its parents weren't chickens.
