What chemical is it been made by???

Sperm are gametes - which are still cells. That being said they are made up of all the same things are regular cells. Such as proteins, lipids, glycoproteins/lipid, nucleic acids, etc.

To simply describe sperm with a single chemical formula would be a GREAT oversimplification, and an extremely inaccurate one.
