Your first one is an amide. Four carbons, and an ethyl group on the longest chain. The acid it is based on it butanoic acid.

It is a primary amide, so you can name it 2-Ethylbutanamide.

Your second one is a tertiary amide, and the acid it is based on is acetic acid.

N,N-Dimethylacetamide

The second is Dimethylacetamide.

The first is 2-ethylbutanamide.
