1st is " 4 * 3 a ( a + 2 ) " and 2nd is " 4 ( a + 2 )(a + 3 ) "

thus you need 4 & 3 & a & a + 2 & a + 3

12 a ( a + 2 ) ( a + 3 ) is LCM
