If you integrate from 5pi/6 to 13pi/6, you will get the area of the outside loop. Dont forget the 1/2 in front of the integrals. Then subtract areas to get your answer.I get an area of 8.337745076.......
given the graph of a limacon with a loop, how do you find the area inside the large loop but outside the small loop?
for example, if r = 1-2sin(theta), how do you do that???
