.. so now I must do direct variation like I KNOW what im doing, but I really dont understand. The problem is -8y = 2x and im not sure if it is -8 = k2 and the answer is -8/2 --> -4/1 ----> -4. Please tell me if I am right!......
Last year it was easier (pre - algebra), but now it is a lot harder in algebra 1... so now I must do direct variation like I KNOW what im doing, but I really don't understand. The problem is -8y = 2x and im not sure if it is -8 = k2 and the answer is -8/2 --> -4/1 ----> -4. Please tell me if I am right!
