okay so I'm in accelerated 7th grade math and we are doing this MathFax thing. Well, one of the questions was "what percentage of 1.5 is 3/20?
I said 10% because 1.5 is 30/20, and 3 is 10% of 30.
I'm just wondering because my friend got a different answer, though I forgot what it was.
