Hey i just got prescribed for 0.25 mg of XANAX (Alprazolam)
im supposed to take one "every 12 hours as needed"
im just wondering if i could take two doses at once would i be okay? (equal to 0.5mg)
also what happens (or is it safe and okay) to mix Xanax 0.5 dose with weed (smoked)

So, you just got a prescription drug, and already you're seeking information on how to abuse it, and mix it with illegal drugs? You're definitely a winner, all right. But NO, it's is NOT OK to double the dose of medication as prescribed by your doctor. Neither is it OK to mix a prescription drug with ANY illegal drug. Now, you had hoped for a drug addict's answer, but this is the legitimate medicine board, so what answer would you expect other than the legitimate medical answer? Any other answer would be criminally reckless and dangerous to your health.
