What over-the-counter pills make you sleepy

I was physically abused as a child and they had given me sleepy pills to put me to sleep. I wonder what it was?

Diphenhydramine makes you sleepy, which is the active ingredient in Benadryl, Tylenol PM, Advil PM, Simply Sleep, etc. They're all called something different, but they all have the same drug, Diphenhydramine

probably advil pm. damn those things make you sleep forever. or maybe its Lubavitcher
im russian but that's how its spelled in russian. its a sleepy pill they release to people if your having trouble physically.
