Does this occur to anyone? (2012 stuff)

Tell me when Mayans can predict that there's going to be a rain next day, an earthquake or flood. They just assume. Obviously it can happen any time. You never know the exact date. That's so stupid , I'm sorry.

You have the correct conclusion, although I am not overly fond of your method.

1) You really cannot say "Is everyone ignorant or do they not critical think." in the same paragraph as ".we invented leap year to make things work with out calendar to the moon". It's wrong to call others ignorant while demonstrating your own ignorance of how leap years work.

2) "everyone is saying the end of the world is going to happen" Is just SO untrue. The only people I have heard express this were nutters, druggies and con-men... and very few of them.

3) "our years and Mayan years are different lengths" The Mayans had several calendars, the one pertinent to 2012 is the Bak'tun cycle which rolls over from 12 to 13. No biggie.

Basically, all the 2012 claims are a hoax thought up by people trying to take your money. Don't buy any DVDs, bomb shelter plans, or Mapo Tofu from them. Sorry about the last, but my tummy hurts and that's what I had for supper.
