To answer your question, I would say it depends on a few factors. I would say No if you took it in high school because you have some background. And since you are taking general chemistry (probably general chemistry 1) then No, its not hard, but you would have to work hard. Chemistry doesn't really get hard until you get to Organic Chemistry...and its super hard because many professors like to make it that way to weed students out of pursuing a career in medicine.

I'm taking chemistry atm and i gues, even though i did chem in high school, it's still difficult. It depends whether u like tthe unit or not. I like organic chemistry and feel it's easier than other but others are hard. It depends on how u take it rli :-) .
