DESCRIBE THE SOLID. x^2+y^2+z^2>-4x + 6y -8z -13
Also can you explain how to do this for similar problems maybe < and everything else. thank you

-
x^2+y^2+z^2 + 4x - 6y + 8z + 13

= (x+2)^2 + (y-3)^2 + (z+4)^2 - 16 > 0

Therefore it is the exterior of sphere of radius 4 centered at (-2,3,-4).
