and you still have stomach pain from the last time you OD. could it go away over time if you dont take anymore ibuprofen? ive taken from 20 to 80 sometimes and got stomach pain 3 times out of all the times ive OD but this time my stomach still hurts from last week when i OD, its the worst out of all the times ive OD. dont tell me to go to the doctor cuz im not so do you think it will get better if i dont do it anymore? ive learned my lesson, not to ever do it again.

Ibuprofen is very well known of having a very aggressive effect on the stomach , it cause upper gastric bleeding and ulcer.
I think the pain isn't going away because your last overdose caused a permanent damage to ur stomach.
It could be ulcer or maybe an infection that needs an antibiotic.
Unfortunately I would really recommend you going to the doctor if the pain didn't go in the coming 12 hours.
DON'T take an antibiotic by your own because this will worsen ur case knowing that antibiotics have an aggressive effect on stomach only your doctor will know what is the antibiotic to take in this case after examining you.
