my sister in law said one night she woke up to a loud pounding noise and it sound like it was coming from her children's room so she got up and went to their room, she asked her daughter about it and she said it was the babys crib and she heard it again but it sound like it was coming from the closet like somebody was trying to get out so she opened the door and it stopped. as soon as she went back to her bed she heard it again and just left it alone. the next morning she woke up with a hand print on her leg. so the next day my mom went to pray over the house. yesterday my sister in law was cleaning and the kids were sleeping but her little boy wasnt. he was just playing around and all of a sudden she heard him saying mama mama! and he kept saying it so she started looking for him and she heard him in the kids closet, she opened it and he came running out and didnt even look back. he never gets scared like that and he always plays in the dark and he knows how to open the door.....

I would say it sounds haunted, and scary as hell. Definitely try to set up a video camera and record this. Even a webcam would do. They have webcams that detect movement and won't record until there's movement.

It sounds like your mom is religious. You could always contact a church and see if they would perform a blessing on the home. There might be local paranormal investigators that live in your area and will check out the house with their equipment for free.
