= 2c*3b + 2c * -4 + ( -3b *-5 + -3b * 2c) watch the signs
= 6bc -8c +15b -6bc
= 15b - 8c

Just use distributive property:

2c(3b-4)-3b(-5+2c)
=6bc-8c+15b-6bc

=15b-8c

2c(3b-4)-3b(-5+2c)

6cb-8c-3b(-5+2c) (mul 2c)

6cb-8c+15b-6bc (mul -3b)

-8c+15b(canceling 6cb)
